When you're planning your next gathering, we know there's plenty of questions along the way. We're here to help you book your picnic with confidence.

Where can you set up your picnics? 

We service the Metro Atlanta, North Fulton, Roswell, Alpharetta and Milton Areas. We can travel up to 25 miles from Roswell. Any further distance will incur a small fee.

How do you book a picnic?  

Fill out our booking inquiry form. If you’d like to hire us, we will send an invoice for a 50% deposit to secure your date. Full payment is required 72 hours before your event and then you’re all set!

What is the cancellation policy?

  • A 50% Deposit secures your date and will be non-refundable.

  • Less than 7 days before your event - your 50% deposit will be applied to another date based on availability

  • 72 hours or less notice - no refund and rescheduling will be upon availability

 

What if there is rain on my scheduled picnic?

We can always set up inside your home or on a covered patio.  

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Yes! We work with local grazing board companies that accommodate any palate. However, you are more than welcome to furnish your own bites.

Can we stay a little longer or leave early?

Our clients have 2 hours to enjoy our picnic set up. We can arrange a longer picnic with notice. A fee of $75 per hour will apply. If you are finished with your picnic earlier, please provide us a 30 minute lead time via text so we can arrive back at the picnic site for breakdown. Please note our clients are responsible for all picnic items until we arrive back to pack up.
